It shall not be easily possible to remove any label nor shall any labe show any sign of curling. 6.2 Test method Rub the label by hand for 15 s with a piece of cloth soaked in water and again for 15 s with a piece of cloth soaked in petroleum spirit. 7 Information to be supplied by the manufacturer The labels included in this document shall be used to describe the appropriate usage conditions for bicycles. These labels shall be fixed on all bicycle frames and shall be easily visible to the user. Each label shall be described in the instruction manual. For bicycle components, labels may be fixed on their packaging.
